New Automatic Transfer Switch

The new transfer switch will be introduced to boat builders at IBEX 2011, October 17-19 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville (booth 2604).
Furrion’s automatic switches provide safe and reliable operation when switching between power sources with the addition of providing a mechanical interlocking system to prevent two power sources being contacted together.
A mechanical interlock system eliminates the possibility of two power sources being connected together which can cause a short circuit, overvoltage, generator or inverter failure, electrocution hazard and the risk of boat fires.
